Introduction

Hi There! I'm Femy, married and have 2 wonderful children, Jesper 14 years old
and Janne 5 months. I was born and raised in a small province
called "Unisan Quezon" situated in the Philippines, on September under the sign of Virgo.
My parents are Yolanda and Delfin both filipino citizen. My father died
when i was only 20 years old due to a heart-attack. I have 5 sisters and 2 brothers
and i am the oldest among them.

I moved to Sweden in 1992 and got married for the second time on march 8, 2003.
Me and my family are living in a small town called "Kungälv" located
about 2,5 miles outside Gothenburg Sweden. I work in IBIS one of "Accors" Hotel in
Gothenburg. Its a big floating ship located near the centre,
with 120 rooms and a restaurant.
I've been working here for nearly 7 years and enjoying it so far,
specially those people i work with.

School Time

I studied Elementary and High School in Quezon Province, but didn't really like the
school there so I moved to Manila when i was on the 2nd year grade and continued
my studies. I moved away from my parents when I was only 16 years
old and started to live my own. The reason why i did that was because my dad
was so strict and i couldn't even go out with my friends or even attend a party.
It was a very hard time for me.... At the age of 16, i started to work though i was
under age, but I lied about my age to be able to get a job... *Please don't get me wrong*, because i did that for the purpose of getting a job.
Well, I was very lucky by that time because i found a job in a fast food restaurant
and i worked very hard to earn a living and be abled to take an evening classes, had
my own apartment, be able to go home anytime and partied a lot *smile*. I found
a new job after graduating in highschool (in a hotel/restaurant) and i met my husband
there which is my ex-husband now.

Swedish Language

The first thing i did when i came to Sweden was studying swedish language. It was very difficult and i was surprised on my first day in school when my teacher started to speak in swedish and no one understood what she was saying. I thought that she was going to speak in english but she never did and she couldn't speak very good english either. The first words i learned on my first day in school were "Ja" and "Nej" which means "Yes" and "No". The second day in school i learned the words "Hur Mår Du?" which means: "How are You?", and as the days went by, i learned new words everyday and be abled to put them together in a sentence and after 6 months of hard work, i could speak swedish, not very good but good enough so that other people could understand me.... I told to my ex-husband to speak swedish with me instead of english although we both did not speak good english but we tried. I had a really great time in school and met a lot of people from different countries with different cultures, specially when it was time for me to read an article from a newspaper infront of my classmates. Well, everyone did so it wasn't
only me, the only thing that made it different was because i always found
something funny to tell them.
It took me a year to learn and speak good swedish. I've been here for 14 years now and I can speak swedish pretty good that sometimes other people thought that i was born here.

Computer

I have a 14 in. laptop which I got as a birthday gift from my husband. I used Dreamweaver MX 7,0 2004 for editing my website and Adobe Photoshop CS2 for creating graphics.

Spare Time

Besides computer, i also enjoy spending time with my family, baking (cakes, cookies etc.), cooking, watching tv, listening to all kinds of music (except rap and hip-hop), movies (except horror), exploring the web, chatting, hiking (would love to visit Grand Canyon someday) and playing badminton.

Things I Like

I like Asian food, Italian food, Seafood, Sushi and Vegetables and
would love to try something else too.

Things I DON'T Like

I dislike people who thinks that they are the toughest person in the world,
and people who is talking a lot  behind my back, smoking and poor hygiene.

Personality

Well, let me see...I have short curly black hair...oh by the way, why don't
you pay a visit to my gallery instead, because there are certain things that a word
cannot discribe and of course there are things that even a picture cannot discribe
either, not until you meet the person face to face and it is up to you to discover

I don't smoke and never tried it either. I am married and love both outdoors and
indoors activities. I also enjoy a great conversation in all levels, trying new things
and exchanging ideas. I also love flowers and surprises and also people that are nice
and willing to help each other.

Well, this is only a short story about myself, but of course there are much more things to know about me but something that I want to keep it for myself.
