Agawan sa Sariaya (San Isidro Festival ) - 2nd week of May:Sariaya in Quezon- A thanksgiving celebration to the Lord for the good harvest and abundance of agricultural production.
Araw ng Kagitingan ( Day of Valor ) - April 9; Mt. Samat at Pilar in Bataan, also nationwide.
The fall of Bataan is commemorated every year. Top government officials, Japanese and American WW II veterans including their Filipino counterparts and visitors go to Mt. Samat to participate at the annual rites held to honor the bravery of the soldiers who fought for the defense of Bataan.
Araw ng Makati - Week leading to June 1 ; Makati city in Metro Manila ; annual celebration of Makati's Foundation Day; cultural parades, concerts, street parties and food fests.
Bakle (Rice Cake) Festival - Last week of September ; Hungduan in Ifugao.
Balsa Festival - May 9-10 at Matabungkay, Batangas which displays colorful regatta of balsas or wooded rafts ( the wood is named balsa wood) with simple house structures on top, a balsa race and pretty natives in costumes.
Banana Festival - 1st week of April ; La Castellana in Negros Occidental.
A harvest festival that opens on the first day of April, showcasing the different varieties of banana which is abundant in the municipality.
Bangkero Festival - Last weekend of May ; Pagsanjan Laguna
Banigan-Kawayan Festival - Last saturaday of September ; Basey in Samar.
Basey''s favorite local product is highlighted in this wacky tribute to the native bamboo mat.
Bonok-Bonok Festival & Silop Cave Adventure - September 9 - Davao's annual festival, Kadayawan sa Dadaw promises another weekend of fanfare and fun - tribal style. Watch as the festivities reach a glorious climax on Saturday morning: That's when kadayawan parade is held, featuring colorful, orchid-bedecked floats and more than a dozen "ethnic" groups dancing to the beat of wooden drums. Carabao-Carroza Race - May 3; A holiday when the Carabao is made the "King" for a day. It features a race among carabaos each pulling a bamboo carroza on a four hundred meter course. Pavia Iloilo

This is a fiesta in honor of the town''s patron saint - Saint John the Baptist which is characterized by vigorous and boisterous streetdancing with "Basaan (dousing of water) and "Santong Tao" (live saints) parade. Includes also numerous free concert s featuring various local artists and celebrities.
Flores de Mayo - 1st Sunday of May : Nationwide;
Ladies and Gents, Artists and Celebrities parade the streets in their finery; a Floral Queen is crowded by mayor.

Kinabayo Festival - July 25 - Check out the Sandugo street dancing parade colorfully- dressed groups dancing to the beat of drums. Mayohan sa Tayabas - whole month of May ; it's a free-for-all, grab-all-you-can affair with kiping (colorful rice wafers used as a decor and for eating; Tayabas Quezon
Moriones Festival - Holy Week; all municipalities in Marinduque ( revelers reenacting the life of Longinus don gigantic masks of Roman Soldiers and centurions amid much revelry ).

Obando Fertility Rites - May 17-19; Obando in Bulacan ( childless couples dance and pray to Santa Clara to give them a child )

Pahiyas Festival (San Isidro Festival ) - 1st weekend to 2nd week of May; Homes are decked with kiping (multi-colored paper-thin leaf-shaped rice kropeck) and harvested vegetables; trade fair, civic parades, procession and other activities. Lucban in Quezon
Parada ng Lechon - June 24; Balayan in Batangas ( celebrating Saint John the Baptist's Day with a parade of roasted pigs )
Penafrancia Viva La Virgen - September 20 - Behind Surigao's multi-faceted culture is its original tribal background. The Surigaonons go back to their roots this month as they celebrate their heritage with a loud , rowdy street dancing parade; Naga City
Pili Festival - 3rd to last weeks of Jun ; Sorsogon City in Sorsogon
Pili is an indigenous crop of Bicol region, particularly Sorsogon. This festival showcases the PIli, the primary purpose of which is to emphasize its importance and to increase the awareness of the public on its various economic uses.
Pineapple Festival - whole month of May; Daet in Camarines Norte
A festival featuring the sweet, succulent pineapple thru art exhibits, trade fairs, cultural performances and sports events.
Pintados Festival - last weekend of June - Back during pre-Hispanic years, tattoos signified courage among the natives of Tacloban. These days they symbolize a cultural revival, and a wild, wacky fiesta called the Pintados; Tacloban
Rodeo Filipino - whole month of May; Masbate
Santacruzan- every weekend of May; nationwide; a street parade of lovely ladies and gents in their finery, there's a crowded Reyna Elena (Queen Elena) and Prinsipe (Prince or Consort)
Senakulo - during the Lenten Season; street reenactment of the life, death and passion of Jesus Christ
Zamboanga Hermosa Festival - October 10-12 - Bicol's Region's biggest celebration is an annual 9-day fiesta with the fluvial parade to sundown, surrounded by a sea of glowing candles - a fitting end of this truly spiritual occasion; Zamboanga City - Zamboanga del Sur
Indefendence Day - June 12 - Kawit, Cavite
Re-enactment of the historic proclamation of the Philippine Independence is done at the mansion of Gen Emilio Aguinaldo, the first president of the Philippine Republic
Rizal Day - June 19 - Calamba, Laguna
In memory of the birthday of the Philippine National Hero,
Jose P. Rizal, the townfolks of Calamba offer flowers to Rizal Shrine.
Ati-Atihan Festival - January 3- January 16; Kalibo, Aklan
Scene of a yearly celebration in honor of Sto. Nino held every third week of January, popularly known worldwide as Ati-Atihan. So called because Aklanons, domestic and foreign tourists, wipe soot on their faces and done ethnic paraphernalia and masquerade around town as Negritos and make merry and dance in the streets to the beat of ambulant ethnic troubadours.
